This new apartment complex is located in Mazagon with direct access to the beach. The city centre, the train station and public transport network are located within 2 km, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops are located around 150 m from the apartment complex.The apartment house comprises 5 apartments, 8 studios and one disabled-access apartment all on one floor. Guests may also use the facilites of the complex Caravel Santa Maria. The apartment house offers a transfer shuttle between the two complexes. The Caravel Santa Maria includes a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a café, a bar, a TV room, a restaurant, room service, a laundry service (fees apply) bike rental and a kid's club.The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, and a radio. In addition guests have the use of Internet access, a kitchenette, a fridge a coffee machine, a microwave, a double bed, an iron and ironing board, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating and a hire safe as well as a terrace.Canoeing and other water sports are available on the beach. Some of the facilities (such as the pool, sports hall, entertainment activities, amongst other) and services are only on offer in the Caravel Santa Maria hotel. Surfing, table tennis, riding, a gym and an entertainment programme for children as well as beach volleyball are on offer to all.It is also possible to book a half-board or bed and breakfast stay. Guests may serve themselves at the breakfast buffet or choose their evening meal from the à la carte menu.
