The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area about 2 km from the airport and the fair ground. It is also easy to reach the centre of Madrid with public transport from the hotel.Opened in 1999, the hotel offers a total of 95 double rooms spread over 5 floors. Facilities include a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant as well as room and laundry services. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park, or in the garage.The tastefully furnished rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a telephone, central heating and a safe.Please note that the maximum number of guests in a room is 4, including any children. Baby cots must be requested by contacting the aparthotel directly, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
