This apartment hotel is located within just minutes from one of Barcelonas most famous sights, the spectacular cathedral Sagrada Familia by Gaudí. Joanic Metro Station is about 500 m away, offering easy access to the city centre. The airport is at a distance of 15 km. The hotel features free WIFI throughout. Facilities for disabled guests. Pets allowed on request (charges may apply). ||The check-in will be performed in our check-in office located at Carrer de la Floridablanca 126, 08011. Contact: 0034 934 355 577 // Emergency number: 0034 699 438 227. The check-in time is from 3pm until 9pm. For check-ins beyond 9PM extra cost of 40EUR and after midnight 60EUR. Late check-ins done after 9pm will have an extra cost. The check-out hour is until 11am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and have an extra cost. Remind to let us know in advance if you will not be able to present yourself at the check-in on the scheduled day of arrival. Otherwise we cannot guarantee the availability of accommodation, since the apartment will be released and the amount paid for your reservation will not be refunded. Please note that you will stay in a rented apartment. At the time of check-in the amount of 200EUR be paid or block on your credit card as a deposit or security deposit which will be returned on the day of check-out if the apartment has been left in the Dwellings conditions found. The day of your arrival you will be given access to an apartment equipped with everything you need (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc…) and a welcome pack of products for the first day (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.). They have everything you need for cleaning the apartment, washing machine and other appliances. There is the possibility to contract our cleaning service (extra charge). Due to the new Catalonian law, starting on November 1st, a touristic tax per person above 16 y.o. and night of stay (max. 7 days) will be charged at the moment of check-in.|Datorita dinamicitatii domeniului disponibilitatea ofertelor se modifica de la un moment la altul.
