These apartments are situated in the north of Florence in the district of Novoli-San Donato. They are located in a dynamic, commercial and residential area near to the new extension of the University of Florence and its administrative offices. Guests will find the nearest bus station around 100 m away (bus 22) and it is only some 500 m to restaurants, shops and bars. The tourist centre is approximately 4 km away, as are the Accademia Gallery and Santa Maria Novella railway station. The apartment complex is just a few minutes from the exit of the A1/A11 motorway and it is also well connected by public transport to the city centre and the exhibition area, the Palazzo dei congressi Fortezza da Basso (around 3 km). It is roughly 5 km to the city centre, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria Novella Church and the Uffizi Gallery. The apartments are some 30 km from Lake Bilancino, around 80 km from the Abetone ski region and roughly 90 km from Viareggio's beaches, and from the city of Pisa.
