Facilities & Services

The Guest Relations team and multilingual staff are professionals dedicated to provide personalized attention and help guests during their stay. To guarantee an experience of a stay in the utmost comfort, the resort features a range of services including 24-hour reception, concierge, 24-Hour ATM, wake-up call, luggage room, laundry service, dry cleaning service, minimarket with delivery service, courtesy bus to the city center or to the beach 4x times per day, free parking, car rental service, bike rental service, taxi booking and free Wi-Fi in villas, apartments, indoor areas and outdoor areas. Due to its location on a hilltop, this complex is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties.

Guests can enjoy pleasant outdoor space to have a walk along the fish pond, a little run among the green areas, take a bath in one of 3 swimming pool areas one exclusively for adults, a main pool for all, with one for adult and one children’s pool and a great children’s pool named AquaFun Park. Leisure facilities comprise a polyvalent sports quad with 1 Tennis Court and Football pitch with artificial lawn. A weekly entertainment program is available during summer around the pool side area and at night in the bar areas with activities such as quizzes for different age groups, karaoke and performance of our entertainers. The resort provides several options for the little, a children’s playground and a Kids Club offering a dedicated area indoors (for kids between 4-11 years old) and promoting a varied entertainment program with activities plan seasonal themed according to the festivities like Halloween, Christmas, Carnival and Easter. Moreover, Eden resorts offers a new kids-oriented attraction, AquaFun Park for children between (2-12 years). Numerous water-related games throughout a 300 square metres area composed by a splash park, 2 pools, a baby pool and one more for teenagers will assure amazing family moments.

Furthermore, younger guests’ parents can enjoy a new service for Families – Baby Concierge Service with a variety of complimentary products available (guests can choose from a list, some products require a deposit and are subject to availability) and babysitting service for a restful evening or simply a chill afternoon in the adults only pool.
