Are you searching for a nice home with sea views? If it is so, this apartment for 6 people is the right choice for you. Welcome! This modern apartment has 200 m² and it is located in Son Bauló, a quiet residential area in Can Picafort. The promenade is just in from of the apartment and the fine grained sand beach is just a few minutes walk. The apartment is on the first floor and it has three bedrooms, so it is perfect for families or little groups of friends. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with double bed, while the third one counts with two single beds. There is a bathroom and a shower room. The well-lighted living room is equipped with sofa, armchairs and a dining table with chairs. This room has satellite TV, air conditioning and CD player. The independent kitchen has table and chairs for the daily meals and it is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, microwave, fridge, gas stove and oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, juice maker and a lot more. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well. The 60 m2 terrace is the perfect corner for a large breakfast while enjoying views to the sea and the mountains. It is furnished with a table, chairs and sun beds so you can enjoy the sun and the breeze. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, as you can walk everywhere: sand beach, supermarkets, taxi rank, bus stop, etc. The bus frequency is every 15 minutes towards Alcudia or Puerto de Pollença. The beach is just a few meters away, and it is perfect for children due to its shallow waters and gentle swell. In Can Picafort you will find any kind of restaurants, shops and leisure activities. The 2 main supermarkets are on Artà road, where you will find petrol stations as well. Nearby Can Picafort there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Playa de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença.
