The hotel is located in the historic Eixample Dreta area, the birthplace of the Modernism movement of which Antoni Gaudi is considered the leader, at Grassot Street 4 next to the intersection of Rosselló Street. There are restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network nearby. The beach is about a 15-minute drive away. Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is about 15 km away.||This charming apartment hotel offers 24-hour electronic check-in and check-out, snacks, lunch and dinner menus, a daily cleaning service, telephone assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of an emergency, concierge services during office hours, as well as maintenance and electronic surveillance services. There are a total of only 12 apartments at this air-conditioned establishment that is housed in a building that dates back to the early 20th century but was fully renovated in 2009.
