The hotel is located in the historic Eixample Dreta area, the birthplace of the Modernism movement of which Antoni Gaudi is considered the leader, at Grassot Street 4 next to the intersection of Rosselló Street. There are restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network nearby. The beach is about a 15-minute drive away. Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is about 15 km away. Complex facilities include reception service (open limited hours but with the possibility to do the chek-in 24h directly at the apartment ), A/C in the common areas, safety boxes at the reception, parking (extra charge), roof terrace and elevator/lift. All apartments are equipped with bathroom with towels and hairdryer, leaving room, equipped kitchen (with coffee Machine), safe (extra charge), A/C and heating. * Several Food delivery posibilities. **Please be advised there is a fee for early departures. * Apartments 1 bedroom: Sofa Bed for the 3rd/4th pax. * Apartments 2 bedrooms: Sofa Bed for the 5th/6th pax. * Apartments 3 bedrooms: Sofa Bed for the 6th/7th pax. * Apartments 4 bedrooms: Sofa Bed for the 8th/9th pax. IMPORTANT: Reception open from 9h till 18h.
