This luxurious, Mediterranean villa, ideally located in a private urbanization near the sea in Cala Vinyes, offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. With a size of 400 m2, it is ideal for families or small groups of friends who want to spend their holidays next to the beach. There are three bedrooms in total, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds and all of them count with air conditioning systems, perfect for hot summer nights. There are 4 bathrooms in the house. Three of them are located upstairs and two of them are en suite (one with bath tub and the other one with shower cabin). The one upstairs which is not en suite has a Jacuzzi tub and a shower cabin. Downstairs you will find another bathroom with only WC and washbasin. Take your own piece of paradise! Start your day with a large breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the privacy of this idyllic setting. The terrace measure is furnished with a table and a chill out zone with rocking chairs. Pass your day relaxing by the pool on one of the 4 sun loungers, enjoying the peace of the place. The pool has a size of 8 meters x 4 meters; the garden comes with grass around the swimming pool, the perfect place for children to play all day long. For summer nights enjoy making a barbecue and invite your friends for a good meal! The Mediterranean flair continues in the interiors. The tastefully decorated living and dining room offer a quiet corner to read a book, surfing the internet, watch television or take a nap. The open-plan kitchen counts with everything you may need for preparing your feasts: a toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen appliances, dishwasher and a fridge. Of course there is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. You can park two cars outside the house in a non-covered space, right next to the entrance.Please inform Esmeralda in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
