Free Wi-Fi in the common areas.All our bright and modern flats have a spacious living-dining room, with two comfortable sofa beds, a large flat screen TV with international satellite channels and a large separate furnished terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom with hairdryer, bath or shower. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed twice a week.Irons and children's cots are available free of charge on request. Modern safety deposit boxes inside each flat, for rent, with enough space to store a laptop, tablet and mobile phones. Self-service laundry on the premises.Among our services, we offer underground parking for rent, 24-hour reception and maintenance service to meet all your needs.We are located in the tourist area of Blanes, just a few minutes walk from the picturesque old town centre, where you can enjoy a lively shopping area and a traditional daily fruit and vegetable market.There is a wide range of cafés and restaurants in the area. We are very close to two large supermarkets that have recently opened and near the central bus station, so the connection with the airport and the train station is very convenient and practical. Barcelona, the city of Gaudi and the cradle of modernism, is only 60 km away. Don't miss a visit to the famous Barcelona Football Club stadium and its museum. The beautiful city of Girona is only 30 km away. Also, the charming medieval village of Besalú, Cadaqués, the magical coastal village of Salvador Dali, Figueres housing the world famous Dali museum and the glamorous Tossa de Mar, are nearby towns ideal for a very interesting day trip. Other excursions and activities we recommend are the golf, tennis and paddle facilities available in Blanes; and nearby are the Water World water park, the interesting dolphinarium Maríneland, the Flamingo Show and the Medieval Castle, all of which are ideal for families.Finally, other incredible day experiences include a visit to the Port Aventura theme park and the recently opened Ferrari Land.Among the various tourist attractions Blanes has to offer, we would like to highlight the ancient 13th century castle and the charming traditional fishing port, where the whole family can be pleasantly surprised to admire the daily fish auction at the fish market, freshly unloaded from the boats!In addition, private boats, kayaks, scuba diving, water activities and cruises are available in the harbour and along the 4 km of beach. There are two beautiful and widely recognised botanical gardens (Marimurtra and Pinya de Rosa) and a prestigious international fireworks competition held every summer. And last but not least, apart from the long beach of Blanes, at a short distance we can admire several small beaches, coves (Sa Forcanera, Santa Anna, San Francesc, Cala Treumal, Santa Cristina) where trees and nature merge with the blue of the Mediterranean.Pets are accepted under request and extra charge. Owners are requested to ensure that the pet does not cause noise or disturbance to other guests or damage to the flats. Pets must always be kept on a leash in the communal areas.
