The inspiring renovation of the building Evripidou 7 was completed in July 2023, giving a sense of simple luxury with modern decoration inspired by the Athenian urban modernism trend, in a very interesting part of the city.

Inside the 21 new apartments of Evripidou 7, the word "hospitality" takes on a new meaning. Designed to offer all the comforts of a luxury hotel and the privacy of a residence, they ensure the desired relaxing peacefulness to the visitor.

Discover Kalamata, from a point that could not be more ideal. Just a few steps from both the centre and the 5 km long clean beaches within the urban area. Adjacent to the large park/open air museum of Kalamata Railways. It is located next to the pedestrian/bicycle path that runs from north to south through the city and within walking distance of the municipal swimming pool.

Heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation and electricity are provided 100% by renewable energy sources and we are proud to say that the building, in terms of energy, is a ZEB (Zero Energy Building).
