Welcome to this wonderful beachfront apartment located in Port de Pollença, for up to 6 people. On the fully furnished terrace, you can enjoy a good meal watching the fantastic views of the bay of Pollença. This 150 m2 apartment, located on a third floor with lift, consists of three spacious bedrooms: two double-bedded (one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath) and one twin-bedded. All rooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with a bath that serves the entire house. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and three armchairs to relax or watch satellite television. The dining table, for 6 people, is set just in front of a window overlooking the Yacht Club of Pollença. The separate kitchen includes a glass-ceramic hob and is equipped with all utensils you need to cook without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment's location is perfect as you can reach all the facilities you could possibly need within walking distance: the beach, a wide variety of restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and a bus stop. There is a bus route every 15 minutes covering the areas of Alcúdia, Can Picafort and other routes covering other directions such as Palma. The sandy beach, just 70 m away, is perfect for small children since both depth and waves are moderate. In Port de Pollença you will find lots of restaurants serving various types of food: fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and Majorcan cuisine. If you just want a snack you can go to the many bars and cafes. In the area there are also many shops. You can easily get to other beaches like Platges de Muro, Can Picafort, Platja de Formentor, Port de Pollença, Son Serra de Marina, etc., by car or by bus.
