Gaudi residence are a set of four apartments in the center of Barcelona, a few meters from the Casa Batllo and La Pedrera, two of the most representative works of Antoni Gaudí. These apartments, like the works of Gaudí, is full of color and light. It is located on the fourth floor of a building (with elevator) in the area known as the Golden Square, where the old bourgeoisie of Barcelona lived in luxury buildings designed by architects such as the aforementioned Gaudí, Puig and Cadafalch and Domenech i Montaner . They have around the shopping and finest restoration of Barcelona and within walking distance you will find the metro from Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya and Universitat.From the apartment has the Ramblas and 15 minutes walk and the port to 30 minutes.Rooms number: 4 Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details. Please note that all the check-in with the presence of our receptionist after 19:00 are subject to late check-in fee of EUR 35.00 (EUR 50.00 euro after 23:00 till 1:00). Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: c/Pelai 12, principal floor, door K, 08001 Barcelona. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Gaudi Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150.00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Licenses numbers: HUTB-003999, HUTB-003999, HUTB-004000, HUTB-004000. Extra fees to be paid in cash on the arrival: Obligatory cleaning fee: EUR 35.00. Obligatory city tax of Barcelona (EUR 0.715 per person per night). All customers must show original or a copy of their passport. Guests must pay a deposit on arrival to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out and is subject to inspection by the property to assess whether there has been any damage. Estimated total amount of taxes fees for this booking: EUR 19.84 payable on arrival. Extra charges are possible.
