Gikas Apartments is located on Evia (Euboea) island, at Marmari, at a distance of only a few metres from the beach. It is an idyllic fishing village in the south of Evia, only an hour from the port of Rafina, whose advantageous location is ideal for exploring the area of Ochis, which is on the list of the most important natural protection sites in Europe (Natura 2000). Gikas Apartments is open year round, and offers its guests 8 spacious studios of 27sq.m. (290sq.ft.) and two double room apartments of 45sq.m. (484sq.ft.) each. All units are on the three floors of the building, are spacious with kitchen and fully equipped. Gikas Apartments also features a beautiful garden with a barbeque where you can have a good time with your friends or family and a fireplace for the cold winter nights. Golden Beach where you can do Kite Surf is 1 km away. The closest beaches are from 100 m to 400 m away, and Figias Beach is 1.5 km away. Kokini beach is 1 km away. Contact us with e-mail also to arrange you transfer from Airport El.Venizelos to Rafina Port with an extra charge, or if you have any questions we will be happily to answer them to you. The video of the tourist organization for 2020, which is now advertising Greece, has been taken in Marmari on the beach of Megali Ammos, which is 1.5 km away from us, 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot. This beach is also known for kite surfing among the 10 best in Europe. Because of COVID-19 and the meters of Greek Goverment till now, Also our hotel uses for room cleaning, steam cleaner and professional disinfectants. Also keep the distances, wash hands, and wear masks in closed areas.
