Welcome to this cosy house right in the centre of Puerto de Alcudia with views to a canal that offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. It is a 120 m2 apartment – ideal for families or groups of friends. There is a room with a double bed, while the other two have 2 single beds each. All rooms have AC. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub. The apartment is on a first floor without elevator. You can enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the terrace (6.5 x 1.5 m), which is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. In the living room with AC there is comfy sofa where you can rest or relax reading a book. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: beach (200 meters) pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade. In this area, it’s full of clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station. From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall.
