The fully air-conditioned hotel was built in 1963 and partially renovated in the year 2000. It offers a total of 189 guestrooms spread over 3 floors, of which 29 are single rooms and 160 are doubles. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with lifts, a lounge and a 24-hour reception desk. Outside there is a pool and gardens. In addition, the hotel has a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and piano music (highchairs for children are also available). In-house Internet access and a laundry service are also available (additional fees apply). The hotel has its own parking facilities for guests arriving by car..This modern luxury hotel is ideally situated directly next to the sea and is surrounded by countless plateaus for bathing. This apartment complex is located by a small pine forest, which is separated from the hotel by a road. The town centre of Cala Ratjada with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues is only about 2 km away. The bathing bay of Son Moll is roughly 1 km away, whilst public transport departs from stops directly in front of the hotel (20 m away)..The comfortable en suite rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar, air conditioning, central heating, a balcony and a safe..Guests are invited to serve themselves from the buffet at both breakfast and in the evenings..There is a seawater swimming pool in the garden with a separate childrens pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In addition, the hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a Jacuzzi and sauna. At the tennis club just 300 m away, a total of 11 sand courts are available for use. Furthermore, the hotel offers leisure options such as table tennis facilities, bocce and golf (additional fee payable).
