The popular Parc Güell, which is located on El Carmel Mountain, is just a 20-minute stroll away and guests will be at a 10-minute walk from Casa Vicens, Gaudí's first important work and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Exploring the rest of the city is quite easy through the convenient metro stop at Fontana, which is just a 10-minute stroll away and provides fast connections to Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia Train Station. The area around the property houses many shops, supermarkets and typical eateries and tapas bars. Guests who don't have the time can utilize the convenient grocery shopping service, which will supply them with all the ingredients they need in order to prepare a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchens of the units.Please note that you must inform Home Around Gracia Apartments of your arrival time, to organize key collection. There is an extra cost of EUR 50 for late check-ins. A damages deposit of EUR 500 will be blocked on your credit card and returned on check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
