The hostel is about 2 km from the harbour of Palma (5 minutes away by car), 5 km from the centre of Palma de Mallorca and 200 metres from the beach. The resorts of Cala Nova, Puerto Portals, Palma Nova and Magalluf are all in the vicinity. Marivent Palace (where the Spanish royal family spend their holidays), the famous Joan Miró Museum, the international Bellver College and the Porto Pi shopping centre are all located nearby. The train station lies within 5 km of the hostel and Palma de Mallorca Airport is some 10 km away. The hostel enjoys a friendly atmosphere and a peaceful location. The building has been fully renovated and modernized and comprises 23 comfortable rooms spread over 3 floors. It offers free Wi-Fi in the reception area and the swimming pool area. There is a garden, a terrace, a lobby and a TV room. All the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, complete with shower, washbasin and WC. Some rooms have a balcony or window. Safes are available on request, subject to charges. In the outdoor complex there is a swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. The hotel is located just 2 km from the golf course in Bendinat. Sun loungers and parasols have also been laid out ready for use on the beach. Approaching from the port by car, travel in the direction of Palma Nova, then take the turning towards Cala Mayor following the Porto Pi shopping centre. From the shopping centre, the hotel is a 20-minute walk away. Alternatively guests can take the no. 3 bus. From the airport, take the motorway in the direction of Palma. Guests may then take the coastal road (Paseo Maritimo), past both the port and the Porto Pi shopping centre, then take the turning for Cala Mayor. An alternative route is taking the motorway in the direction of Vía Cintura and exiting at Cala Mayor. The bus no. 1 travels from the airport to the Plaza de España, from where guests may take the no. 3 bus in the direction of Cala Mayor (alighting at Hotel Nixe Palace).
