All-season motor access to 15 m from the house. Car recommended, footpath 15 m. Situation: in the centre of Porto Cristo Novo, quiet position on top of a hill, in a residential area, by the sea, on the beach. View from the apartment of the garden. Surroundings of the house: grounds (shared use), garden (shared use), lawn (shared use), paddling pool (shared use), outside shower (shared use), barbecue (shared use). Facilities and distances: supermarket 50 m, restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 300 m, tennis 600 m. 4-room apartment for 6 people, 90 m2, on the ground floor, simple furnishings.
