Guests can improve themselves with the help of a tennis instructor (Private or group classes) at the two tennis courts surrounded by gardens, with fantastic views of the Ria Formosa.

Outside, guest can also enjoy two outdoor swimming pools, heated between April and October, one for adults and other for children, and an outdoor jacuzzi with a fabulous view of the Ria Formosa and the sea. Hosts willing to take a bath in the see can try the Quinta do Lago Beach, perfectly framed in the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Its 3,5 km long golden sand are ideal for pleasant walks by the sea. During the summer, Hotel Quinta do Lago has a reserved area exclusive for guests, complemented by sun loungers, shades and towels. Beach is easily accessible through the hotel gardens and wooden pedestrian bridge that crosses Ria Formosa.

During the summer holidays, Easter and other pre-determined school holiday periods, the Kids Club is open with a weekly activity program for our younger guests. Among various activities, the program includes pastry classes, traditional games in the garden, etc.

Bar & Restaurant facilities

At every time of a day hosts will find restaurants and bars available. The main restaurant, Brisa do Mar, serves Contemporary international cuisine with Portuguese specialties, carefully prepared by Chef Gerhard Pölzl and his team. With stunning views over the Ria Formosa, the sea and the beach, that can be admire from comfortable indoor area of restaurant or from the splendorous terrace. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ca’ d’ Oro restaurant, serves Italian fine cuisine in a quiet luxurious comfort and is open seasonally for dinner twice a week.

Also, with views over Ria Formosa the elegant Piano bar, Bar Laguna, invites guests to enjoy cocktail or long drink in the terrace overlooking Ria Formosa in the late afternoon while contemplating unforgettable sunset. With an extensive bar menu where guests can find a selection of Port wines, aperitifs and digestives, this bar is the ideal meeting place for a drink or a light meal. Summer opening time from 6:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

In summer guests can enjoy the Pool Bar offering a variety of natural fruit juices, soft drinks, light salads and other snacks. Between a dive and a sunbath, recover energy with a light meal and a refreshing drink. Open every day from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Accommodation

Each one of the 141 comfortable rooms is luxuriously decorated and equipped to provide comfort and relaxation to spend a pleasant stay. It boasts a large double bed or two spacious single beds with customisable pillows and mattresses, satellite TV-LCD, a mini bar, radio alarm clock, safe and Wi-Fi. Bathrooms include bathtubs and showers or a walk-in shower, towel warmers, hair dryers, lighted makeup mirror, complete line of amenities, bathrobe and slippers.
