Terms and Conditions

(Valid from 11th January 2025  to 10th January 2026)

• The above rates are valid for all market excluding UAE.
• A minimum length of stay of two nights is required for all bookings.
• All the rates in this agreement are quoted in local currency (Emirati Dirham - AED) per room per night and are inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge, 5% VAT and based on the meal plan mentioned above.
• Tourism Dirham Fee (TD Fee) AED 20 per night per bedroom is not included in the above-mentioned rates and has to be paid by the guests directly at the hotel.
• The Hotel reserves the right to add new major exhibitions announced in the city.
• The Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates to reflect any change in rates, or the existing municipality fee, or the imposition by the Government of Dubai of any new taxes or levies.

EVENTS PERIODS:
The Hotel reserve the right to change the dates of Exhibitions (if announced/amended by Organizers / Local Tourism Board) Special Events
Supplements.
Different supplements apply during the following events as shown in the below table, all supplements are per room per night and inclusive of municipality fee and service charge, 5% VAT.

Departure on 31 December is strictly prohibited. Should guest wish to check out on 31 December, full gala dinner and one night charge will apply.

Children Policy:
Children until 6 years old sharing their parent’s room stay free of charge based on accommodation and meals (max 2 kids per room).
Children from 6-12 years old sharing their parent’s room are entitled to free accommodation & 50% discount for breakfast per night.

BENEFITS, PRIVILEGES & SERVICES

Breakfast
International buffet breakfast will be served in Anise restaurant.
Breakfast taken outside designated meal timings will be charged separately as per consumption. Breakfast ordered through Room Service will
be charged as per consumption.
Half board
Half board supplement (Breakfast & Lunch OR Dinner)
Full board
Full board supplement (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) it will be add on upon the Half board rates. 

All meal plans stated in this contract have to be booked in advance. Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals

SPECIAL BUFFETS*

Please note that Half Board and Full Board Meals will be unavailable during the following days.
14 February 2025 - St. Valentine’s Dinner
25 December 2025 - Christmas Brunch
31 December 2025 - New Year’s Eve Dinner

Compulsory Dinner on New Year Eve is applicable, rate TBA.
Children below 6 years old dine for free while accompanied by dining parents.
Children between 6 and 12 years old receive a 50% food discount in any of the Hotel’s restaurants (except Kids
menu).

BABY SITTING

Babysitters are available at additional charge. Advance booking is required at least 48 hours prior.
Cancelation should be done 2 hours prior to commencement of booking. Failure to comply will may be subject to 1 hour charge.
All babysitting must take place in the guest bedroom.
Under no circumstances babysitting is not permitted for less than 6 months old baby.
Under no circumstances babysitter accompanies the child and the parent outside hotel premises.
Baby-sitting services is not guaranteed and subject on availability.
Three or more children will require booking of 2 babysitters.
Discuss meal, snacks and soft drinks arrangements as appropriate.
Babysitter disclaimer letter for the guest to be prepared and write the same with guest signature to the HSK office.
Parent’s contact numbers and venue/location must be available need to be contacted during the babysitting period in case of emergency.

SPECIAL ADDED BENEFITS
• Kids below 12 years old stay for free subject to booked meal plan.
• Direct access to Dubai Festival City Mall (Connected to the Hotel) 500 retail stores.
• Imagine shows daily. The Imagine show is a world record breaking water, light & laser show that can be viewed
daily at the Dubai Festival City Mall.
• Free access to the leisure deck, glass bottom swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi & Fitness Centre.
• Free access 25 meter lap pool, children's pool, spa pool in the InterContinental Residences.
• Complimentary Internet Access all over the hotel.
