Welcome to this nice apartment in Can Picafort! It is close to the beach and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Welcome to this nice apartment closet o the beach in Can Picafort. It offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The 70 m2 apartment is ideal for families or little groups of friends, as it has 2 double room; one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (both of them are spacious and have built-in closet). There is one bathroom with shower. The apartment is on a fourth floor in a building with elevator, where there are other neighbours. Moreover, it has AC in all bedrooms and the living room. You will be able to have breakfast on the 15 m2 terrace, as you will find a table with chairs. In the living room, you can relax in the sofa and watch TV or read a good book! The kitchen is equipped with: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach (350 meters), a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, a drug store, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only a few meters away from the apartment; you just have to walk down a small street. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water. In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads.
