The design of the hotel is based on an alternative creation with the main goal of living close to nature. Kandania Paradise is oriented in such a way to ensure as much free areas of green. This also allows significant distances among buildings, making the unstructured space outweigh the structured one, all for our guests' privacy.
The all-year hotel's restaurant, Mourelato Italian Restaurant, offers Breakfast and Italian cuisine of excellent quality all-day. With panoramic views over the plain of Cretan Mountains, relax by the fireplace on cold days and nights.
Just a short drive away, you’ll find the Samaria Gorge, one of Europe’s most famous hiking destinations and for coastline lovers, the pink-sand beaches of Elafonissi is within easy reach. The Kandanos Village itself is a symbol of resilience, having been rebuilt after its destruction during World War II. History buffs can explore its small museums and memorials, gaining insight into Crete’s role in modern history.
