This gem of a family-run hotel enjoys a central and strategic location in enchanting Venice, far from the tourist hustle and bustle. It is just 300 m from the sea and the lagoon, and 10 minutes from Saint Marks Square. Murano, Burano, Torcello, Jesolo, the train station and all the enchanting attractions of Venice are all a few minutes easy journey away. It is approximately 10 km to Venice Marco Polo Airport. When guests make a choice for this hotel, they choose the perfect fusion of comfort, peace and quiet, luscious vegetation and enjoyment with culture and art. This family-friendly city hotel was renovated in 2011 and comprises a total of 12 rooms, including 4 suites. The interiors feature stucco and mosaics and there is a lush garden with a pergola. It is ideal for business travellers and holidaymakers alike and in addition to a lobby area, facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour check-out service, a TV lounge and wireless Internet access. They can also take advantage of the room and laundry services. There is a car park and it is also possible to hire bicycles on the premises. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and offer a double bed. They are equipped with satellite/cable TV, a radio, Internet access and a safe. Furthermore, a fridge and individually regulated air conditioning are provided in all accommodation as standard. There is a large terrace for sunbathing with sun loungers and parasols and a shower. Guests can also pamper themselves at the nearby spa. Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet.
