This apartment complex is located in the RincÃ³n de Loix area of ??Benidorm, just 400 meters from Levante Beach and close to the lively town centre. Guests will find a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants in the area, . The complex welcomes its guests in a warm and familiar atmosphere and has a swimming pool for adults and childrens open from FROM JUNE 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15. The apartments are equipped with kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony or terrace. This establishment dont accept groups. The change of towels and sheets will be made, for reservations with stays longer than 11 days. The tv (only spanish)and safe are for rent. KEY COLLECTION at: Fincas Benidorm (23, Madrid Avenue) MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 4pm to 7pm .Saturdays from 10am to 1pm . OUT OF HOURS: At APARTAMENTOS DON GREGORIO,8 Roma Avenue, Monday to friday From 8 pm-3:30am. SATURDAYS AFTERNOONS, SUNDAYS AND BANKHOLIDAYS: APARTAMENTOS DON GREGORIO From 4:30 p.m.- 3:30 a.m. The deposit must be left with a bank card: Visa or Mastercard. We will apply a pre-authorization to a Visa or Mastercard credit-debit card. The amount will be between â¬200-â¬300. The money will be unlocked a maximum of one week after check-out, as long as the client has left the accommodation in the same conditions that it was delivered, has returned all the keys, TV accessories or others and has complied with the rules of good behavior. LEAVING THE DEPOSIT IN CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In the event that the deposit cannot be left with a card, the client will not be able to access the apartment and the cost of the reservation will be 100%. FINCA
