The building is typical of the 19th century. It is set in a garden of more than 800 square meters. The hotel is in the heart of the city a 7 min walk from Cannes train station. Everything is accessible, the Croisette at 6 min and the Palais des Festivals at 9 minutes. The breakfast room was also remodeled in 2017. It is large, with a high ceiling, typical of the VILLAS of the 19th century of the Coast. It is extremely luminous, its many windows bathed in light. A large fireplace sits at the bottom. During its renovation in 2017, the craftsmen discovered an old parquet floor, probably original, more than 110 years old. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30, a quality buffet, with hot drinks, viennaries, cheeses, cold meats, orange juice, yoghurt and cereals for 10 euros per person. Reception is open from 08:30 to 20:00, for early departures and late arrivals, please inform reception. The hotel has 5 parking spaces, subject to availability. The VILLA CLAUDIA has 18 rooms which are translated into 3 categories. The classic of an area of ââabout 14 m2, bassent of ceiling, they send back an atmosphere cocooning and intismist, they are obviously all a private bathroom. So you have the SUPERIOR which is about 18 m2, more spacious, it offers beds and mattresses of 160 cm which also have their private bathroom. And finally the PREMIUM room which is unique, there is only one in the hotel, it is about 25 m2 and has a private balcony equipped with a table and 2 armchairs.
