Liceu Apartments are located in a marvelous privileged spot, 20 meters away from the famous Las Ramblas. The apartments are typical lofts in an 18th century building, totally renovated in 2007. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of the city and is well connected public transportation.These apartments are located in the center of Barcelona, near Las Ramblas, the most famous street of Barcelona. It is a newly refurnished apartment with style and quality. These studio lofts can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. The comfortable living has color TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes into two single beds. With air conditioning and heating, this studio loft is perfect for all year round stays.Carme Street is downtown. At just a glance from the balcony you will see the famous Las Ramblas at its best with its human statues. These apartments lie just inside the vibrant and exciting district of El Raval with Ramblas just feet's away. This is definitely a touristic hot spot of Barcelona with plenty of tapas bars, eateries, coffee shops and fashionable stores. El Liceu Theatre, MACBA and Palau Guell are just five minutes walking from the Short Stay Liceu Apartments.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
