HOTEL The comfortable complex includes a total of 80 apartments spread throughout eight 2-storey buildings. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk in the main building as well as a small supermarket and a hairdressing salon. Further facilities include two restaurants, a laundry service, room service, a kids club (5-12 year olds) with a special childrens entertainment programme. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage. LOCATION This holiday complex is located at the southern end of the tourist district, within walking distance from a tropical mountainside. Furthermore, Cofresi Bay, with its long sandy beach, is easily within walking distance, just 400 m away. Puerto Platas international airport is a 30-minue drive away. ROOM The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a fridge, satellite/cable TV, a balcony and hire safe. The suites are fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and include a lounge area with a fan, a seating area and a sofa bed as well a separate bedroom. ADITIONAL Guests may select breakfast from a buffet. SPORT There are pools with sun terraces, sun loungers and parasols as well as the hotels own beach club, which is free of charge to hotel guests. Sports activities include tennis (3 sand courts, without floodlights), archery, beach volleyball, billiards and cycling as well as horse riding and golf for an additional fee. There is also a gym on offer within the hotel. In addition, there are a variety of water sports such as diving (PADI and taster lessons in the pool), offshore fishing, wind surfing, snorkelling and kayaking (some of which incur an additional fee). There is also a regular entertainment programme in the evenings to provide some variation for guests. REMARK Arrival: afternoons; departure: midday. Reservations are necessary for the a la carte restaurant.
