Situated in a quiet residential area of Nice, this complex lies some 800 m from the beach. The city centre with restaurants and bars is just 500 m away and therefore easily reached on foot. Nice's airport is just 6 km away. Comprising a total of 70 accommodation options, the complex is spread over 3 floors and surrounded by a garden. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a reception desk, 2 lifts and a laundry service. The welcoming studios come with a combined living room/ bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, satellite/cable TV and a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture. The hotel offers access to an outdoor swimming pool. From Paris: A6 Motorway towards Lyon, then A7 towards Marseille Take the A8 towards Aix-en-Provence / Nice. Exit number 50 Nice town centre. Take the Promenade des Anglais, turn left at the sign Fabron, Abbaye de Roseland, in the Gustav Adolfe Mossa avenue. At the red light, turn right, in the Californie avenue. At the fisrt red light, turn left in the Fabron avenue and follow the Maeva signs.
