Manolis Apartments welcomes you to sunny and beautiful Crete, an island of unique and unforgettable experiences. We are a small family business of brand new apartments and studios, located in Plakias, a small village on the southern coast of Crete.

Our apartments and studios offer a cosy, fresh, fully-equipped environment, combined with an amazing pool, big balconies with view to a beautiful flower’s garden and the pool, that can become an ideal solution for quiet and relaxing holidays away from the noise of the city and a guaranty for unforgettable holidays.In just only 100 meters from the apartments, our guests can enjoy their swimming in the amazing long sandy beach of Plakias, and in about 5 minutes driving time they have access to other beautiful beaches like Amoudi beach, Amoudaki beach, Souda beach, Skinaria beach and the famous Preveli palm beach.

We invite you in our apartments and studios to experience the cretan hospitality, the culture, the history and the friendly villages, to enjoy the beautiful beaches, the bustling cities with nightlife and shopping and the holiday activities such as sea sports, trekking, countryside and mountain walks.

Manolis Apartments is a small family business of 7 spacious brand new apartments and 11 studios, located in Plakias village within walking distance of only 100 meters from the sandy beach of Plakias.

Manolis Apartments are built in an 2,000 sq.m. private area, with a spacious grass garden (1500 sq.m) with flowers, lemon trees, olive trees around the building as well as an amazing swimming pool (50 sq.m). A parking space for your car is available in the right side of the apartments.

All apartments and studios are fully-equipped with a kitchen corner, sofa and bedroom, WC with bath tab or shower and a private large balcony with nice view to the garden, the pool, the mountains around and the beach of Plakias. The apartments and studios are also equipped with air-conditions, satellite-TVs and WIFI Internet for FREE.

A nice breakfast can be prepared and served, after guest’s request.

The apartments dispose a reception area with a spacious sitting room with satellite-TV and a common-use desktop computer connected to the Internet.

In a walking distance (200 m) from the apartments you can find many fish taverns and traditional restaurants with the famous cretan food. You can also visit the restaurants and taverns located in the villages arround (Mirthios, Sellia etc.) in order to enjoy traditional food and breathtaking view of the Plakias area. For self-catering, there are many mini-markets, super-markets and many tourist shops in Plakias, in walking distance from the apartments.

In just only 100 meters from the apartments, you can enjoy the clear and waters of the amazing long sandy beach of Plakias. In about 5 Km distance (5 min driving time) there are many other beautiful beaches: Amoudi beach, Amoudaki beach, Souda beach and Skinaria beach and in 7 Km distance the famous Preveli palm beach.
