Hotel facilities

All the facilities of our hotel are easily accessible from any point of it. In its central area are the three swimming pools (the green pool and the children's pool are heated, ensuring a minimum water temperature of 24 º C) For the enjoyment of children we have a playground in the area near La Palapa, as well as video games, foosball, air-hockey ... The elderly can enjoy the pool, the squash court or our Spacio10. Our conference room allows the organization of meetings and events tailored to your needs.

Room facilities

All our rooms are suites with separate bedrooms, complete bathroom with hairdryer and bath/shower*, living room with TV, sofa-bed and couch, as well as kitchen (equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge) and balcony or terrace with table and chairs.

Cancellation policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
