This apartment complex is centrally located in Puerto de la Cruz, close to the Botanical Garden. The beach and the city centre are located only 1.5 km away. The surrounding area is filled with delightful restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. There is a public transport stop directly by the hotel grounds. The apartment complex was built in 1976 and completely renovated in 1991. There are 80 apartments/ studios in total over 6 floors. Facilities include an entrance hall with a 24hrs reception, a bar, and a restaurant. Guests also have the option of using the Internet access for an additional fee. The apartments are equipped with a combined living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom. They also all include an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge and a balcony or a terrace as standard. Additional furnishings include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a hire safe.
