The centerpiece of our complex is the stunning three-bedroom villa, boasting mesmerizing sea views and a host of luxurious amenities. Step into your private oasis and discover a world of relaxation and indulgence. Lounge by the shimmering private pool, surrounded by lush gardens, sun loungers, and umbrellas, or dine al fresco under the pergola with a fully equipped barbecue area, perfect for savoring the Mediterranean flavors during the warm summer evenings. Upon entering the villa, you|ll be greeted by a spacious living room adorned with comfortable sofas, a large TV, and a cozy fireplace. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area beckons with a generously sized table seating eight guests. The fully equipped marble counter kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with all the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals. A convenient bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a washer and tumble dryer ensure utmost convenience during your stay. Ascend to the top floor of the villa to find three luxurious bedrooms, each featuring a double king-size bed and a full bathroom. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated workspace, while each bedroom offers its own private balcony with panoramic sea views, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. In addition to the three-bedroom villa, our complex also features two identical two-bedroom villas, each with its own private garden, pool, and outdoor dining area. Located on the outskirts of Gournes beachfront, the location of this villa complex is ideal for a relaxing holiday out of the bustle of the village and into an ideal summer sanctuary. Only 3,5km [10 min drive] from the beachfront of Gouves. This location will also proove an ideal starting point to explore the beautiful island of Crete due to its easy access to the northern highway which connects the island from East to West.
