Built in 1986, this hotel was renovated in 2004. It offers a total of 91 apartments spread over 5 floors. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, 2 lifts and a bar. In addition to this, the hotel offers a salon and an air-conditioned restaurant. Internet access, room and laundry services are also available for guests. In addition there is a car park, a garage and a large garden..The apartment hotel is only 120 metres from the fine sand beach of Paguera and situated in a quiet location and is the ideal starting point for long walks. The city centre with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is only a short walk away. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network with links located just 120 metres from the hotel. There is a golf course roughly 10 km away..The comfortable apartments are ideal for 1-3 persons. They all have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a living room and a bedroom. In addition, there is a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a hi-fi stereo system, Internet access, a kitchenette, a minibar, a fridge central heating and a safe..At breakfast time, guests may serve themselves from an ample buffet. It is possible to book a half board or a full board stay. In the evenings an appetizer and dessert buffet are offered with the main course..Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool with a childrens area and the solarium. Once a week they offer an entertainment evening with dancing on the programme.
