The sea, the enormous hedges of flowers, golfing and Andalusian enchantment define the space in which this hotel rises up, distilling all the charms of the Costa del Sol in its surroundings. It is therefore ideal for guests wishing to divide their time between the golf course and the beach. The lounges, the lobby and the dining room feature the light tones characteristic of the Costa del Sol. Renovated in 2007 the air-conditioned hotel includes 4 buildings with a total of 88 rooms. Further facilities include 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange, a cloakroom, lift access, a café, a bar and a TV room. The hotel also features conference facilities WLAN/Internet access, room and laundry services. Parking is available for those arriving by car and there is also a playground for younger guests..The hotel is located next to the Mediterranean sea and Malaga lies within reach, with its main sights being around 10 km away. Public transport is within 200 m of the hotel while shops are around 500 m away. In addition, the airport lies around 5 km away from the hotel..The bedrooms, all spacious and bright, offer beautiful views over the sea, the large swimming pool and the golf course. Amenities include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a minibar and a double/king-size bed. Individual air conditioning and heating are also offered as well as a safe and a terrace..The hotel offers bed and breakfast, half-board and full board. Amongst the most famous dishes of the restaurant are sopa de rape malagueña (anglerfish soup Malaga style), borrachuelos and the pescaÃtos fritos (small fried fish), providing a full impression of Andalusia..Playing golf as a sport and a continuous challenge, along with all the leisure activities which the hotel offers, converts this into an ideal place to treat yourself to an unforgettable break. It is surrounded by its own 18-hole golf course which was built in 1925 by Tom Simpson (architect of Turnberry and Muirfield in Scotland). There is also a golfing school, 3 putting greens, 2 approach greens, golf club hire, golf carts and electric cars (fees apply for golfing amenities). The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a Jacuzzi, a solarium, tennis facilities and rowing..Due to construction work, the hotel has reduced its offers on rooms from 01.07.05 to 15.02.07.
