The complex comprises 60 apartments and features a 24-hour reception service, a hotel safe and lift access. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and the living room has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. The apartments also feature a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (with fridge and microwave), bathroom, flat TV, a lift and regulated air conditioning unit. All of the apartments also have access to a private terrace.
