Located in Pollença, this beautiful cottage can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The house features a private, 9 x 4.5 m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.25 m to 2.4 m, 6 sun loungers and a garden. In the furnished porch you can enjoy al-fresco dining, while contemplating the mountains. This property offers accommodation on 1 floor and 110 m2. There are 3 cosy bedrooms with A/C, 2 with 2 twin beds each and 1 with 1 double bed. We can supply 1 cot, in case you need one. There is 1 bathroom with bath tub in the house and 1 exterior shower bathroom. Stylistically, the sitting-dining room is a mix between warm colours and rustic design. There you can enjoy laughs and talks with your loved ones, enjoy romantic moments by the fireplace or watch satellite-TV. The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to dazzle your guests with your best creations, including ceramic hob. The laundry area is independent and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The location of this property is ideal because it offers a variety of options to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. First, it is important to mention the privacy and tranquility offered by the property itself. It is located in the outskirts of Pollença, near the entrance to the Serra de Tramuntana. At the same time, in the village of Pollença you have all the basic needs you may require during your stay. There, you can also visit the chapel of Calvari (to access it, you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for every day of the year) and walk the fantastic cobblestone streets. This property offers a perfect setting to go hiking, walking or cycling. The nearest sandy beach is the Port de Pollença but we recommend you to visit the beach of Bóquer or Cala d'Escorca. Pets are not allowed. The holding of event is not allowed. There is open-air parking for 4 cars. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
