Hotel located on the beachfront of Poniente Beach in Benidorm, featuring 306 rooms, all with sea views, distributed over 17 floors. Situated in one of the quietest areas of the city. Please check our available transfers from the train station. To enjoy this service, your reservation must meet the following requirement: Your booking at our hotel must be for 7 nights or more. This service is always subject to availability and confirmation due to the limited capacity of our vehicle. Our transfer service is offered on demand, so we kindly ask you to check the days when this free service is provided by contacting: traslados@hotelesposeidon.com From 01/04 to 30/10, transfers operate every day of the week except Wednesday and Sunday. From 01/11 to 31/03, transfers operate on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This schedule may be subject to changes, which will be notified via email to service applicants. REQUESTS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL to: traslados@hotelesposeidon.com In that email, you must provide the following information: Name Train dates and times Hotel Number of people (ages if there are children) Contact mobile number Once the reservation and availability are verified, a “Confirmation Document” will be sent via email. This document must be printed and kept. Your transfer will only be confirmed once you receive this document. You must present it to the driver in order to use the transfer service. NOTE: If there are schedule changes without prior notice for any reason, and this results in a delay in arrival at the RENFE station, Hoteles Poseidon declines all responsibility for any missed connections with other means of transport. All bookings on Full Board or All Inclusive, with a departure date of 25/12, must take breakfast as their last service.The age range for children to access the Miniclub and participate in the different entertainment activities is from 4 to 12 years old (provided they can use the toilet independently or have full toilet training). Activities in which they may participate without the supervision of an adult will be specified exclusively by the entertainment team.
