Welcome to Sa Romana! This cozy and rustic villa lies at a wonderful place in the north of the island and offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. The two-storey villa with a size of 218 m2 counts with 3 bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. In the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom. The first one has a double bed and a bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, also in the 1st floor. Both bedrooms count with electric heaters for winter and air conditioning for the summer. The whole accommodation counts with air conditioning. The whole villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, surfing on the internet (WIFI), watching television or your own films on the DVD player. The dining area is located in the independent kitchen and it has a table and seats for 6 people. In the kitchen you get everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, food blender, vitro ceramic, dishwasher, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board. The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the 30 m2 terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table and seats for 8 people, there is an adjoining area with rattan seats and sofas to relax. Next to the private pool, 8 x 4 meters, there is an area with 6 sun loungers and a hot tub. Children will enjoy the most with the sledge they will find outside and have a lot of fun playing table tennis. Because the house is located in a urbanization, there are direct neighbors, but the house and its installations are private.
