This beachfront resort situated on the north-west side of the Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki, in the well-known area of Sani.
Operates between April to October offering the highest of standards, services and excellent facilities. Guests will find many sports facilities, restaurants and bars, a fully equipped beach, 4 swimming pools, an animation team, mini market, Spa with gym and much more. The Hotel offers accommodation, with 346 rooms in 15 separate buildings, consisting of single, double, family rooms and suites.

SIMANTRO RESORT – PET POLICY
The hotel accepts pets (up to 12 kg). To ensure the best possible experience for both pet owners and their pets, the hotel has established the following policy, which, upon acceptance, is binding for the guest during their stay. Assistance dogs (e.g., for the visually impaired) are, of course, welcome. When making your reservation, please note in the comments box that a service dog will accompany you. Upon check-in, you will be asked to present the dog’s ID, and the dog must wear a leash or harness clearly identifying it as a service animal.
For the safety and comfort of all guests and to maintain a peaceful environment throughout the resort, we kindly ask that you follow the rules below:
• Informing the hotel during the booking process is mandatory if you plan to bring a pet.
• Only one pet per room is allowed.
• Guests are responsible for providing their own food and water dishes.
• Aggressive animals, including reptiles, are not allowed.
• Pet owners must carry their pet’s updated health booklet. The hotel reserves the right to request to see this. The hotel also reserves the right to remove any pet showing aggressive behavior toward staM or other
guests.
• Pets must be leashed and accompanied by their owners at all times when outside the room and in all public hotel areas. Children under 15 years old are not allowed to walk pets in public areas without an adult.
• Pets are not allowed in pool areas, restaurants, and indoor bars.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both in the room and in public hotel areas.
• If your pet is loose in the room, you must place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Housekeeping will not enter the room in this case, and the hotel is not liable for any escapes or incidents. Pets are strictly prohibited from staying on room balconies under any circumstances.
• The hotel charges a non-refundable cleaning fee of €20 per pet per day.
• If a pet is left unsupervised and disturbs other guests, the hotel will issue a warning. For repeated violations, a €100 fee will be charged. Continuous barking during quiet hours (15:00–17:30 and 22:00–09:00) is considered a
violation.
• The hotel may request a damage deposit of up to €50 per stay, refundable after a room inspection at check-out, provided no damage has been caused.
• In the event of damage caused by the pet, the guest will be informed of the repair or replacement costs, depending on the extent of the damage.
This includes irreversible damage to furniture, carpets, equipment, plumbing, electrical installations, and injuries to staM or other guests.
• By bringing a pet onto the property, the guest agrees to comply with the pet policy. If the guest fails to do so, the hotel reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the pet.
The undersigned guest hereby declares that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accept the terms of the accommodation’s pet policy.
