Renovated in 2007, this air-conditioned beach hotel offers 55 regular rooms, 25 junior suites and 24 family two-room apartments. The hotel blends expert service with state-of-the-art facilities to provide guests with a memorable stay. Facilities on offer include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, hotel safe, currency exchange facility and lift access. The hotel has a cafe, bar and breakfast room. For an additional fee guests may take advantage of the laundry service and Internet access. There is a car park for guests arriving by car. ## Location This hotel is situated in the city of Kos, only 100 metres from a sandy beach and 300 metres from the harbour. There are bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants, links to public transport and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Tourist attractions such as The Archaeological Museum (800 m), The Castle of Neratzia (500 m), The Knights of St. John Castle (500 m) and The Plain Tree of Hippocrates (700 m) can all also be easily reached from the hotel. ## Rooms All the new rooms are equipped with modern furniture, individually regulated heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, telephone, refrigerator, a bathroom with bath or shower and a balcony.
