The Hotel SunClub CalaVinya**** is located in the popular area of Cap Salou, just 350 metres from beautiful coves bathed by the blue Mediterranean Sea.The building has its origins in the Hotel Cala Vinya, opened in 1964, designed by renowned architect Antonio Bonet Castellana, a prominent member of the Modern Architecture movement and winner of the FAD Award (1963). This building is included in the Catalogue of Modern and Contemporary Architecture of Salou, being the only hotel listed in the municipality.The renovation and extension of the building was carried out in accordance with the architectural criteria established by the architect and professor Fernando Álvarez Prozorovich (UPC), a specialist in modern architecture. The hotel is themed according to the architectural style of its creator, and each floor evokes one of the complexes designed by Bonet Castellana in Salou.The establishment is recommended for adults (Adults Recommended) and aimed at a clientele seeking design, history and comfort.The hotel has 100 rooms, 70 of which are in the renovated original building and 30 in the new building, located in a parallel building with a ground floor and two upper floors.The main building has five floors and two lifts, as well as stairs, and offers a total of 70 rooms, with 14 rooms per floor.
