Tendency Group Apartments 3 are located on Barcelona’s Avinguda Diagonal, approximately less than half a mile from the beach. Each stylish apartment offers a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The Tendency Group offers contemporary décor, and each spacious apartment has parquet floors. All apartments feature a sitting area and fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven and dishwasher. The apartments are just 1700 ft from Selva del Mar Metro Station, and guests can reach Plaza de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter within 15 minutes by Metro.WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Public parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may apply. Pets are not allowed. Children of all ages are allowed.
