Offering a fenced outdoor pool and a wooden deck, Tipi Algarve is located 11 km from Portimão city centre. Free WiFi access is available in this villa, which also comes with a rooftop terrace. The 4-bedroom villa has a living area with a satellite TV, DVD player and a sofa bed. The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped and has a dining area next to it, with a table and chairs.There is also a washing machine available in the apartment. The villa benefits from a total 3 bathrooms. Guests are welcome to cook their own meals in the full kitchen, which also has a large american-style fridge. The nearest supermarket is at a 10-minute drive. The Portimão centre has a wide range of popular fresh fish and seafood restaurants. Tipi Algarve features a chill out lounge and sun terrace with hammocks. Guests can enjoy the foosball, board games, barbecue facilities and a terrace. Water sports equipment is also available and free for guests' use, like wet suits and boogie boards. In addition, there's a tipi tent for children as well as a sandpit. It is a 10-minute drive from the beach town of Alvor and a 20-minute drive from Monchique. Silves, with its historic castle, is at a 15-minute drive. Lagos is within a 30-minute drive and Faro International Airport is at a 45-minute drive from the Tipi Algarve. A security deposit of EUR 75 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the prepayment of 30% of total amount will be charged on the day of booking. The remaining 70% needs to paid 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or PayPal.
