This comfortable luxury hotel is situated directly beside the sea (200 m) between Cala Mayor and Illetas. Playa Novas yachting harbour is a short stroll away. Marivent Palace, the summer residence of the Spanish royal family is to be found close by. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. A golf course and the centre of Palma are situated 5 km away.The hotel building was built in 1974 and renovated in 1999. It consists of 13 floors with a total of 256 rooms of which 233 are single rooms and 23 are double rooms. There are also 1,500 m² of beautiful gardens as well as 2 fabulous terraces. Facilities include a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange facility and lifts. In addition, the hotel offers a café, 3 bars, a TV room, a conference room, a public Internet terminal and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Room and laundry services, a doctor on call, a car park, a garage (fee payable), bike hire and a bicycle storage facility also form part of the facilities on offer at this hotel.The modern and elegantly furnished air-conditioned rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a safe. All rooms also come with a minibar, central heating and carpeting as standard.In the outdoor complex, there is a pool as well as a large sun terrace with parasols, sun loungers and a snack bar. The hotel has a heated indoor pool, a solarium as well as its own gym and a professional massage service and sauna (additional charge). A season-dependent entertainment programme completes the wide variety of leisure options available.A buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may also choose to select dishes from the menu, or take the à la carte option.
