Nearest airport: FAO. The beach hotel was built in 1988 and renovated in 2003. It consists of a total of 220 rooms over 6 floors, of which 106 are suites and 114 are doubles. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a newspaper stand, a boutique, a snack bar, a bar with a TV and games corner, a games room, a playground, a kids club and bicycle hire. The inviting air-conditioned à la carte restaurant has a separate non-smoking area and highchairs are also available on request. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park, or in the garage. The room service and the laundry service round off the hotel's offerings.The hotel is located about 6 km from the centre of Praia da Galé. Its very own restaurants and a supermarket are to be found in the hotel's vicinity. Public transport links are 100 metres away and it is only 300 metres to Praia da Galé beach. It is 50 km to the airport.The inviting rooms are fitted with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a kitchenette, a fridge, a terrace or a balcony and a safe.A buffet is available at breakfast and in the evening. In the evenings there is also an à la carte menu on offer.Guests may make use of the indoor/outdoor swimming pool, which is surrounded by a bar, sun loungers and parasols. Water aerobics, tennis (a tennis court is located in the neighbouring hotel Vila Galé Praia), aerobics, snooker and a gym are all available for sport's enthusiasts, at an additional cost. The Jacuzzi or the steam room are also both available for guests to relax in. Evening amusement and entertainment programmes are offered on a daily basis.
