The villa for up to 12 people is a real jewel of the Middle Ages located on the picturesque Amalfi Coast: the stunning architectural mix of antique and modern of the interior, the charming gardens and terraces and the contemporary comfort will immediately impress you. High up on a hilltop surrounded by Mediterranean woods, Villa Alba offers wonderful views of the white houses and lemon groves of Amalfi up to Capo d'Orso and Salerno.Villa Alba (12 pers.)The three-storey typical villa of 250 sqm overlooking the proud bay of Amalfi and the Lattari mountains guarantees a special holiday. Recently renovated and still full of local history, the villa is equipped with all modern comfort: Jacuzzi tub, satellite TV, ADSL Internet connection, air conditioning and private parking for three cars and more.Beautiful terraces and gardens with many seating facilities, outdoor showers and a barbecue in the shade of olive trees make the villa a haven of peace and wellness. Thanks to its proximity to the lovely town of Amalfi, relax can be easily interrupted for a short stroll through the town when needed. About 400 meters away from the house, a public outdoor stair with 400 steps quickly leads to the beach of Santa Croce, where there are two excellent restaurants serving local delicacies.The villa has its own access from the coastal road. Via a stairway of 110 steps you reach the main gate, from which you enter the first of the well-kept gardens surrounding the villa. 12 more steps lead to the ground floor of the villa, which has a living room, a spacious living-dining area with stunning views of Amalfi and two double bedrooms equipped with satellite TV and private shower room.Another external stair in the garden leads via just 30 steps to another garden with a large sun terrace which is partly shaded by olive trees and awnings, so that you can enjoy your meals outdoors even in midsummer. A large dining table for 12 people, a barbecue and many sun loungers are at your disposal.From the sun terrace you have access to the entrance hall on the first floor of the villa. On the right side there is the ultra-modern marble kitchen with fireplace, which is fully equipped and includes also a dishwasher, an espresso machine and three small refrigerators. A washing machine also contributes to a comfortable stay. From the kitchen you get into another hallway, which leads to an elegant bathroom with Jacuzzi, a cozy living room and a double bedroom. From both the bedroom with satellite TV and the living room, you have direct access to a large sea-view terrace. On the left side of the entrance hall are two further double bedrooms with satellite TV, which share a bathroom.The highlight of the building is, however, the attic, which hides an additional, romantic furnished double bedroom with private dining room, small kitchenette and shower room. Directly in front of it is a large sun terrace overlooking the sea.An additional weekly fee of 150 for reservations for up to 8 people or 200 for reservations for up to 12 people, which includes a household help five hours a day for five days a week is to pay on the spot. The porter service at arrival and departure is included in the price. Just 3 kilometers away is the picturesque town of Amalfi with shops, banks and its unique Italian nightlife. Ravello is at 8 km, Sorrento 32 km and Positano 20 km away. Even Capri and Ischia are easily accessible by ferry. The airport of Naples is just 80 km away, Rome-Fiumicino is at 320 km.Power consumption up to 300 kWh is included, extra consumption will be paid cash on the spot.
