This hotel is situated on the picturesque island of Lido di Venezia, just a stones throw away from the departure point for the water buses. Guests will find the nearest restaurants, bars and links to the public transport network just about 100 metres away and it is around 400 metres to nightspots and discos and just a 4-minute walk to the congress centre. The hotel lies only a few minutes away by road or boat from some of the most famous sites in Venice and the site of the Venice Biennale is just 500 metres away. St Marks Square is 1 km and the Rialto Bridge is 1.3 km. From here water buses will also take guests to the well-known islands of the Venetian Lagoon: Burano, Murano and Torcello. This charming, family-friendly city beach hotel is housed in a romantic, traditional 19th Century Venetian villa and comprises a total of 6 double rooms over 2 floors. This air-conditioned family-run hotel includes a lobby with a reception, a flower garden with an attractive terrace, and a childrens playground. It is possible to hire bicycles on the premises, and room and laundry services are also on offer. This hotel is equipped to meet guests every need and offers 6 rooms with French bed (between a twin and a double bed), double beds, double rooms with single beds and triple rooms with the possibility of additional beds. There is also the possibility of booking connecting rooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a minibar. Furthermore, air conditioning and heating units are provided in all accommodation as standard. Golf is available for an additional fee, and guests may also like to explore the surrounding area by bicycle (charges apply). Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for hire on the nearby sandy beach.
