Interiors of Villa Athiri HouseVilla Athiri is split over three levels and can accommodate up to nine persons.The ground floor of the villa features an ample living room with an open, modern and well – equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area. The living features two different spots for relaxation with modern, comfortable sofas while there is a great dinning table from which you can enjoy your meals with the view of Corfu that reaches Paxos Island. In this floor is one single bedroom and a spacious shower room which both meet all the regulations for people with disabilities. The patios and balconies surrounding the floor give a fantastic view of the garden and the amazing view the property has to offer.Stairs to the first floor lead to three individually styled and furnished bedrooms, each with access to a balcony with a breathtaking view. The rooms are decorated with carefully chosen and renovated antique pieces that harmoniously combine with the modern and elegant furniture. The first room you meet is the master bedroom. The room has one king size bed and an area with a sofa that you can seat and relax. Two balcony doors allow the light and the view to feel the room and give access to the large balcony. All balconies are framed with safe glass so as not to obscure the view. Continuing, we find a spacious, modern shower room with double washbasins and all the amenities needed. The one twin bedroom with the en suite bathroom is at the end of the hallway whilst on the other side of the hallway we find the other twin bedroom with the en suite shower room. All the rooms have access to balconies. The decoration with its eclectic artwork and fresh colours provide a feeling of pleasure and serenity while the facilities and the ample spaces provide all the comfort you need.On the lower level of the villa is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. The bedroom features a seating area and follows the designing line of the other rooms. Patios from the bedroom provide access to the garden at the front of the house.All the rooms are equipped with elegant Coco-Mat mattresses, linen and bathrobes. The beds in the twin bedrooms can be made into a double bed with a mattress topper on request.Exteriors of Villa Athiri HouseA private gated highway leads to the villa Athiri where we find a large outdoor area split in two levels. On the left is the garden with the lawn and some beautiful trees and flowers. The patio furniture there gives you the opportunity to enjoy an unbelievable view. The eye wanders to the Ionian Sea, and to Ipsos, Dasia and the inland villages. The little islands of Lazaretto and Vidos catch your attention and a little further the old town of Corfu where you can spot both the fortresses. The view continues till South Corfu and on a clear day it reaches the island of Paxos.On the upper level, on the right, we find an outdoor dining area, protected by a kiosk. The view over the island and the sea provides the ideal setting for al fresco dinning. A little bit further there is a brick BBQ and a recreation area for all ages. The children can play in the small playground and the grownups can enjoy themselves in the tennis table provided. In the main, 300 square meters area, is the swallow end swimming pool and the sun lounge bar. Two more tables protected by kiosk and plenty sun beds offer you the chance to enjoy a unique feeling. Framed by trees and flowers and bordered by safe glass so as not to obscure the view, the position of the pool area is bound to amaze you. All the magic of Corfu is in front of you. You get the feeling of floating above the island and the sea, and nothing can disturb the sense of serenity that overwhelms you.
