This villa is located at sea level, below the town of Taormina, near to the road which links Catania to Giardini Naxos and Taormina. It is just 50 m from the beach, with the centre of Taormina just a 10-minute drive away. Guests will find restaurants, bars and shops all 500 metres from the villa. This delightful villa has gorgeous views over the clear, indigo Ionian Sea to the Isola Bella, one of the most exclusive islands in the area. It offers 5 double bedrooms and the furnishings are extremely attractive, with typically Sicilian handcrafted pieces and some very pretty frescoed doors. Outside steps lead up to a large, furnished terrace and both the sea view terraces on the ground and first floor are nicely furnished with sun loungers. The villa has lockable gates and adjacent to it, there is parking space for 2 cars. The caretaker has an apartment on the ground floor. The rooms on the ground floor include a sitting/dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room with a hob, an oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine and 1 twin bedded room with an en suite bathroom and a WC. On the first floor there is an outside terrace, a double room with en suite bathroom, a WC, a double room with en suite shower room, a WC, a further double room and a twin room, as well as a bathroom with a WC. Amenities on offer to guests also include an ironing set and central heating. Guests arriving by car from Catania should take the Autostrada A18 towards Messina (from Palermo take the A19 towards Catania). Exit for Taormina, and head to Taormina Mare. The house is on the right at 194B. Please do not go to the Hotel Capo Taormina which is 100 m from the house.
